Fluid Analysis – For insight into performance and reliability, we analyze lubricants using a refractometer and other tools to provide information about their chemical composition, viscosity, contamination, and other fluid characteristics.
Fluid Consulting – Machines require a capitol investment to purchase, so we make sure to protect that investment by ensuring they are running according to the manufacturer’s recommendations for optimal performance.
Metalworking Fluid Optimization – We develop a plan for you to follow that will ensure optimal machine performance. Should performance go down, we will tweak the plan as needed.
Free Sample Testing – Compare your existing fluids to those we recommend
Fluid Disposal Services – We offer disposal of used oils & coolants, wastewater, paint, solvents, and contaminated solids and sludges.
Toll Blending – We also offer toll blending services on a contractual basis.
Convenient Packaging – We supply products in 5-gal pails, 55-gal drums, and 275-gallon or 330-gallon totes. We also offer a bulk distribution option.
