Custom Industrial Fluid Formulations

At Twin Specialties, we work with our customers to develop custom specialty chemical formulations when existing formulations don’t meet the demands of their process.  First, we partner with you to test and audit your existing process to determine if a change in the process may be all that is needed.  But, if the results indicate that a new formulation is required, we ensure that our custom blended solutions fulfill the specific set of performance requirements.  Along with industrial lubricants and metalworking fluids, we offer custom blended cleaners, oils, and chemicals, including solvents, acids, caustics, and powders.

We only use blends of EPA, OSHA, and PASCA registered raw materials and include biocides, bio-stable, and DCHA-free elements when developing our state-of-the-art formulations.  Custom blended products include oil-based, solvent-based, and water-based formulations, natural and synthetic blends, as well as emulsions and powders.

Custom formulations are devised from the need to solve a problem.  Because most issues with commercially available fluids are commonly encountered, the custom formulations we develop are applicable across multiple customers.  Several of the custom formulations we have developed over the years have become our most popular stock items.
